That’s the unbelievable! You stand at the summit cross and there is nothing to see except forest. The alpinist laughs at this “highest natural mountain in Berlin”. But a goal makes the way more beautiful, don't you think so?

The Müggelberge are actually two mountains. The Müggel tower stands on the smaller one, only the summit cross on the larger one. The ridge path between them is very beautiful. To the right you can catch a glimpse of the Dahme, to the left there is a viewpoint of the Müggelsee and far beyond. Exactly where the mountain bike track begins. There is also a failed television tower project from early GDR times including a transmitter mast.

A detour to the Müggel tower and Devil's Lake definitely offers themselves.
